The following questions are offered as an aid to evaluating spiritual maturity and Christlikeness. It is impossible to provide a really concrete, objective means of truly assessing spiritual growth, but perhaps through consideration of your position relative to the following opposing states, you will be encouraged to allow the Holy Spirit to search your heart and reveal areas of your life that He wants to touch.

Place an "X" in the box that indicates where you are on the continuum between the two opposing attitudes or characteristics. Three means you are unpredictable and will one time manifest the left characteristic or attitude and at another time you might demonstrate the right one. Two or four indicate a fairly consistent tendency toward the attitude; a one or five indicate that you typically reflect the attitude listed nearest that number. Add the "X"s in each column and multiply that number by the column heading value, then sum along the subtotal row to find your Discipleship Quotient.
